Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry Split

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have broken up after four years together, according to multiple reports.

The Oscar winner and the Canadian model are reportedly in negotiations to work out a custody agreement regarding their 2-year-old daughter Nahla.

Berry, 43, and Aubrey, 34, met at a Versace store opening in Manhattan in February 2006. Their daughter was born two years later.

In February 2009, Berry told Essence magazine about motherhood, "I'm complete. I have more to offer my craft because [my daughter] makes me indelibly better every day." That same month, Aubry told PEOPLE that Nahla "needs a sibling. I think it's important."

Berry’s rep couldn’t be reached for comment.

Simon Cowell "Sad" Siobhan Magnus Was Kicked Off Idol

Simon Cowell looked sad after hearing that Siobhan Magnus was going home on Wednesday night's American Idol, a show witness tells UsMagazine.com.

Also bummed at the news: fan favorite Crystal Bowersox, who bowed her head when the results were read, and Siobhan's sister, mom and friends, who cried through her exit song.
(Siobhan was in the bottom three alongside Michael "Big Mike" Lynche and Casey James, who all got a group hug from Ryan Seacrest during a commercial break.)

When Siobhan sang her final screaming note, Simon was clearly smiling, even though he had turned away from her.

After finishing her song, the 20-year-old Cape Cod, Mass. resident gave Lee DeWyze a full body hug and stopped to talk to judge Kara DioGuardi, who went running up from her seat to say goodbye.

In the audience: Cameron Diaz and Antonio Banderas, promoting their newest Shrek flick. Diaz spent the most time chatting with Ellen DeGeneres and Seacrest, while Banderas chilled with Randy Jackson.

"Cameron seemed in a great mood, laughing and smiling and waving at everybody," the witness says.

Wednesday night's Idol was full of performances. The Rascal Flatts rehearsed a song during a commercial break, and then spent some time chatting with Jackson. Shakira then hit the stage barefoot with Rascal Flatts.

After the show wrapped, Lady Gaga pre-taped her performance in a set so elaborate, the crew spent three hours the night before building it. She seemed to be singing live, and was definitely playing the piano live. She rehearsed a few times. It airs on the May 5 episode.

World Exclusive Sandra Bullock talk's about her new Baby Boy.

In public, Sandra Bullock has been through the best and worst of times this year – from winning her first Oscar to enduring the breakup of her marriage. In private, she was quietly keeping a joyful secret – his name is Louis, and he is her newborn son.

"He's just perfect, I can't even describe him any other way," Bullock reveals exclusively, announcing that she is the proud mother of Louis Bardo Bullock, a 3½-month-old boy, born in New Orleans. "It's like he's always been a part of our lives."

Bullock, 45, and husband Jesse James, 41, began the adoption process four years ago and brought Louis home in January but decided to keep the news to themselves until after the Oscars. Their close friends and family – including James's children Sunny, 6, Jesse Jr., 12, and Chandler, 15 – were essential in keeping the adoption a secret.

Then, just 10 days after the March 7 Oscars, Bullock and James separated following reports James had cheated. Bullock says she is now finalizing the adoption as a single parent.

Matt Damon is set to become a dad again - his wife Luciana is pregnant with the couple's third child.
"The Bourne Supremacy" star, 39, and his partner have two daughters - Isabella, 3, and Gia, 21 months. Luciana has an 11-year-old daughter, called Alexia, from a previous marriage.
Confirming the happy news to UsMagazine.com, the actor's representative says, "Everyone is excited."

Avatar crush the Dark Knight.

AVATAR has become the fastest selling Blu-ray disc ever, selling more in its first day than previous record-holder The Dark Knight sold in its first week.

The JAMES CAMERON blockbuster sold a massive 222,824 copies in 24 hours - 50,000 more than the CHRISTIAN BALE Batman movie managed.
"The incredible day one sales figures illustrate the urgency that fans of all ages have to return to the world of Pandora and more significantly, experience Pandora in high-definition," said a spokesman from Twentieth Century Fox.
The film was already the biggest cinema release of all time, with over £91million at the UK box-office and £1.7 billion ($2.6 billion) worldwide.

Robert Downey Jr.: Women care about Iron Man more than all the other superheroes

According to Robert Downey Jr., women care about Iron Man more than all the other superheroes put together.
The star of "Iron Man 2" told reporters at the film's premiere in Los Angeles Monday that Stan Lee, co-creator of the comic book character, received more female fan mail for his mechanical hearted character than for all his other superhero creations combined.
"[It's] probably because he's a bit more vulnerable and reminds them of their snotty boyfriends that they wish to calm down," Downey Jr. said.
"We didn't necessarily design it that way. I think part of it was always in the fabric of the 'Iron Man' story."
Downey Jr. made a stylish appearance on the red carpet alongside co-stars Gwyneth Paltrow and Scarlett Johansson.
While the women dressed all in white, he added a splash of color with red tinted sunglasses and a deep blue suit (complete with white corsage).
Early reviews of the film concede that while Jon Favreau's blockbuster is not as sparkling as the first installment, it will do.

Whitney Houston Addresses Voice Problems At London Show

Whitney Houston admitted to having problems with her voice Sunday night during a performance at London's O2.
"She don't want to come, my soprano friend," Houston sang in the midst of her staple song "I Will Always Love You," USA Today reported. It was the opening night for the European leg of her "Nothing But Love" tour and her first performance at the venue since 1999.
Houston continued to explain problems with her voice. "Sometimes the old girl sings, but not tonight," she added. "I want to do it, but she doesn't want to. ... She's getting a little ... temperamental, even."
Houston, who blamed the O2's air conditioning for the problem, reportedly sang just parts of some songs, appeared out of breath, and relied on her background singers to fill in.
Unfortunately, Houston's vocal issues were also noted when she performed on Good Morning America last September, and when she began her Australian tour in February.
Gerry Ryan, who hosts Ireland's The Gerry Ryan Show, said the concert was better than described by some critics. "[Houston] delivered an unusual but extraordinary performance last night," he said on Monday's radio broadcast. "I've never seen a star received with so much affection and so much love."
Still, USA Today noted that hundreds of the sold-out crowd walked out of the O2 in disappointment.
Mark Higgins complained about the concert. "She can't even complete a song," he told USA Today. He was especially upset because his daughter gave him and his wife the tickets as a Christmas gift. "She's going to be heartbroken, because she saved up all her money for this."
During the performance of "Greatest Love Of All," Houston brought a young girl on stage to sing the song. Houston was moved watching the girl sing the lyrics that include the lines, "No matter what they take from me, They can't take away my dignity."
Houston smiled and fanned her hands for more applause from the audience.
Maybe this is why she did not further delay her return to the stage. She could have taken more time to rehabilitate from her years of drug abuse. But connecting with her fans appears to be her best medicine.
Despite the criticisms and dealing with the reality that her voice is not as strong as it was a decade ago, she has found the confidence to perform for her fans.
I am amazed by her tenacity.

US extradites Noriega to France

US extradites Noriega to France
A French court has convicted Noriega in absentia of money laundering.
Manuel Noriega, the former military leader of Panama, has been extradited from the US to France where he has been convicted of money laundering.
The former army general and one-time CIA informant, now 76-years-old, was taken from his jail cell and put on board an Air France flight from Miami which was due to arrive in Paris on Tuesday morning.

Noriega has been convicted in absentia in France of laundering money from cocaine profits.
He was imprisoned in the US for drug trafficking, racketeering and conspiracy in 1992 after US troops invaded Panama in 1989 to arrest him.

Despite finishing his prison sentence two years ago, Noriega has since remained in a Florida jail where he has been fighting extradition.

Hillary Clinton, the US secretary of state, signed the extradition order earlier on Monday, clearing the way for Noriega to be put on a plane to France.

His lawyers argued that he was a prisoner of war and should be sent back to Panama.
Frank Rubino, Noriega's principal lawyer in the US, told Al Jazeera he had only found out that the extradition was going ahead through the media.

"No one from the state or justice department here in the US has had the common courtesy to call us and tell us," he said.
Despite his conviction, Noriega can seek a new trial once he arrives in France.
"I sure hope he gets a new trial, but I doubt that considering France usually convicts people in absentia", Rubino said.
Extradition challenge

Noriega had challenged his extradition to the US supreme court, but judges let stand a ruling by a federal appeals court that the US government can legally send Noriega to France without violating his rights as a prisoner of war under the Geneva Conventions.

The US government has supported France's extradition request and said the conventions do not apply to Noriega's case.
He was ousted from power in the 1989 US invasion of Panama and brought to trial in the US.
Three years later he was convicted of drug trafficking and money laundering charges, spending 20 years in jail.
Panama was once a major financial centre in Central America, and was used as a base to launder drug money through banks as well as a centre for the processing and transshipment of cocaine.
Multi-million dollar kickbacks went directly to Noriega during his tenure as head of the military from 1983 to 1990.

Lindsay Lohan fired from new movie.

Lindsay Lohan was axed from a movie because she's not "bankable" -- this according a source connected with the production of the flick.

Lindsay was slated to star in "The Other Side," a movie about a grad student working on a deserted island.

David Michaels, the writer/director, said, "Our team simply chose to move on from Lindsay and we'll soon be announcing a replacement."

But sources connected with the film tell us the people financing the film were skittish about relying on Lindsay.

The movie also stars
Woody HarrelsonGiovanni RibisiDave Matthews and Alanis Morissette.

And there's this twist ... at one point Brittany Murphy was attached to the movie.

Lindsay's rep had no comment.

Tiger Woods: My fans definitely helped me mentally to be more comfortable.

Tiger Woods claims he was pleasantly surprised by the way fans treated him in his return to golf -- claiming the support at the Masters actually "helped" him on the course.

Tiger just posted the message on his blog, in which he says, "I honestly didn't know what to expect from the fans, but they were absolutely incredible from Monday through Sunday.

He added, "It was unreal. They definitely helped me mentally to be more comfortable out there. I was hoping for the best. To get that type of warmth is something I did not expect and will never forget."

"I have to say it felt great to return to competition at the Masters Tournament. To actually contend in a major on the back nine Sunday and tie for fourth with very little preparation, with all that has transpired in my life, was pretty cool.

I honestly didn't know what to expect from the fans, but they were absolutely incredible from Monday through Sunday. It was unreal. They definitely helped me mentally to be more comfortable out there. I was hoping for the best. To get that type of warmth is something I did not expect and will never forget.

It also felt great to be in the hunt again, but unfortunately, I didn't have my game. I knew I needed to make a run, but I just didn't have one in me. I had a terrible warm-up session Sunday, and it carried over to the first tee.

As far as competing, it was just like riding a bike again. Once the tournament came, everything felt normal, and I fell into my old rhythm and routine. I didn't even think about it; it just happened. My body knew what to do.

I tried and wanted to interact with as many fans as I could. One little girl gave me a letter on the third tee, which was awfully sweet. I knew a few people in the gallery, including my mom, which was nice.

It was also great to see all the guys. They had been asked a lot of questions in my absence and handled the distractions very well. I appreciate their support, but it felt good to try and beat them again.

I received some criticism for bad language, which I apologized for immediately after Saturday's round. It's tough when you're in a competitive environment and in the flow of a tournament. I'm not perfect. All I can say is I'm trying to do everything I can without losing my fire and competitive spirit.

Although it was my first tournament using all V-grooves, it was a seamless transition. I played V-grooves in all my irons except my sand wedges at The Presidents Cup and for the remainder of the year, so it was a pretty easy change. I didn't have much trouble adjusting to the sand wedges because I have the softest ball on the PGA Tour.

Before I stop talking about the Masters, I want to congratulate Phil Mickelson on the win and for all it means to him, Amy and the entire Mickelson family. They have really gone through a lot this year, and I wish them good health from now on.

I hear Lorena Ochoa is retiring from professional golf. Although we never played together, I met her several times, and she is a wonderful person and a great champion. The game of golf is definitely going to miss her. I hope she decides to stay involved in one form or another.

I also heard that the U.S. Open at Pebble Beach this year will be televised in prime time on the weekend. I think the last time NBC did it was at Torrey Pines in 2008, and the ratings were pretty good. The only time we can be on prime time is when the tournament is held on the West Coast, so we might as well take advantage of it. I think it's great for golf.

Earlier this week, I committed to THE PLAYERS Championship and the AT&T National. Obviously, that's earlier than usual. The PGA Tour asked me to commit earlier if I could to help the tournaments with their planning and security. I completely understand and know they're trying to help out me and the other players. Whenever possible, I will continue to do this going forward.

Next week, I return to competition at the Quail Hollow Championship in North Carolina. Quail Hollow Club is one of my favorite courses on tour. It's traditional, right in front of you, difficult, and you have to shape shots both ways. I managed to win there in 2007 and look forward to going back.

I took a little time off after the Masters to go scuba diving and spend time with my family. But I did enjoy a fun round of golf with my friend John Cook at Isleworth Country Club. I double-eagled the par-5 17th hole -- the third of my life -- with a 5-wood and shot 63, so my game is improving.

Finally, special thanks to all my fans for their well wishes and support. It means more than you know.

Talk to you again soon."

Miley Cyrus on buying first home.

Date of Birth:
23 November 1992, Franklin, Tennessee, USA

When Miley Cyrus first became a huge tween star, her mom, Tish, made her promise one thing: To live at home until she's at least 20.

"I got out of that!" Cyrus, 17, recently said with a laugh. "I'm actually buying a place. I haven't moved in yet. I'm still reconstructing and stuff."

Her mother's reaction? "She's stoked," says Cyrus, who adds that her new home is "really, really close" to her family’s current Toluca Lake, Calif., residence.

"My house is going to be gorgeous because my mom is an interior designer," says Cyrus, whose new film The Last Song is in theatres now. "It's like if your mom's a clothes designer you're always going to look great. My mom's an interior designer so my house is going to be perfect all the time."

Lindsay Lohan's Home Raided By Police

Real Name | Lindsay Dee Lohan      Birthday | July 2, 1986      Birthplace | New York City, United States

Lindsay Lohan’s home in LA was stormed by police yesterday, at the request of her father.
Michael Lohan allegedly took three police officers to the Mean Girls star's house, as he wanted to check on the welfare of his younger daughter Ali, who was staying with Lindsay at the time.
He said that he feared for Ali’s safety after seeing the sisters driving together:
Michael said the two sisters: "were in a car driving back from Palm Springs at 115 miles an hour" which led him to call the police.
Lindsay was reportedly co-operative with the officers, and once they had spoken to Ali, who is 16, she was allowed to remain with Lindsay.
However LiLo was clearly very upset by the encounter and later went on Twitter to vent her emotions.
She tweeted: “I have no choice but to make this public, due to my sister's safety, as well as my own, "my ex-dad" just WALKED INTO MY APT like the devil's advocate with officers."
The actress then added: "When will it ever end... it's been going on my whole life with him - hasn't he caused enough pain? Thank g-d for my mommy... w/out her, i wouldn't even know myself”

Lindsay’s mother Dina has also publically spoken out against Michael. She said:“I'm in shock right now. I can't really speak. I'm petrified for my girls and their safety.”
LiLo and her father have had a widely documented tumultuous relationship, and Michael has recently publicly claimed that his daughter ‘needs help.'
He is now reportedly seeking advice from the LA County Department of Children and Family Services.
As for Lindsay, this is her second Twitter rant in so many days after recently accusing ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson of 'spitting in her face' at a Coachella after-party.
